Dining has certainly looked different in Milwaukee this year and as winter approaches, our grand cafés will continue utilizing enhanced sanitation, ventilation, and social-distancing procedures to allow our guests, our staff, and our community to enjoy some gezellig and warmth in
the chilly season.

- Staggered reservation times to ensure proper cleaning and ventilation
- In addition to wiping down all contact surfaces, atomizer fog bombs will target airborne pathogens and bacteria
- Air filtration in outdoor tents through industrial heated "blowers" that exchange all of the air in the tents with 100% outdoor air every 5-15 minutes
- Guests are asked to wear masks whenever entering or leaving, as well as when staff is present
- Indoor booth partitions to allow greater distancing in restaurants where the tables may be closer than 6’ apart
- ‘Moving Milwaukee Forward’ Enhanced Approval 72-Point Safety Plan is in effect at all eight of grand cafés
