Dining has certainly looked different in Milwaukee this year and as winter approaches, our grand cafés will continue utilizing enhanced sanitation, ventilation, and social-distancing procedures to allow our guests, our staff, and our community to enjoy some gezellig and warmth in the chilly season.
These are some of the precautions that we will be using for indoor and outdoor dining.
  • INDOOR EXPERIENCES
  • OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES
  • Indoor booth partitions—we have custom-built 50 partitions company-wide to allow greater distancing in our restaurants where the tables may be closer than 6’ apart.
  • We follow the ‘Moving Milwaukee Forward’ Enhanced Approval 72-Point Safety Plan at all eight of our grand café
  • HVAC / Air Filtration
  • Stand-Up Table Partitions
  • Several locations have moveable bar seat partitions to allow for custom separation of various small group sizes at the bar
  • Staggered Reservation Times
  • Sanitation - Atomizer Fog Bombs Between Usage
    • It's a product that we will use in addition to our enhanced Covid-19 cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing processes. After our "standard cleaning" we intend on using the atomizer: to generate fog to target airborne pathogens, bacteria that are invisible to the naked eye.
  • Air filtration in our outdoor tents will be done through industrial heated "blowers" that will exchange all of the air in the tents with 100% outdoor air every 5-15 minutes, depending upon the location. Overhead "mushroom" heaters also keep guests cozy and comfortable in these environments.
